He was very patient selling my house "as is." I had left the city and was not able to go back for selling it. There were a lot of obstacles. Before retaining Jason I had tried to use a "we buy houses" company and that caused problems. He visited the house even before I retained him, to analyze its challenges. He gave me reasons for accepting or rejecting each offer, besides just the price. The money from selling it was wired to my bank and was received within a few hours of closing.
